A floor dismantling project of a construction company in Botswana. The customer undertook the dismantling project and thus a wall cutting machine was needed. At the Canton Fair, the customer saw our machine, and immediately accepted our invitation and came to our company's test demonstration center to investigate the operating performance of the machine. From the date of products purchased from our company, the equipment is guaranteed for 12-month free repair and life-long maintenance. For details, please refer to the warranty explanation.
1. The warranty period refers to the 12 months after the goods delivered to the site and accepted. In the warranty period, in case of no artificial damage or improper operation, the quality problem happens, and our company is responsible for free repair.
2. In excess of the warranty period, our company is responsible for life-long maintenance, and the cost of spare parts be borne by the user. For product maintenance, our company sends the head office Team-D's engineer who has more than ten years of field experience, to take the 7 days of free training for the person you appoint (we are responsible to ensure it is mastered). During the period of warranty, our company will provide normal maintenance services, including routine inspection, adjustment and lubrication for all systems.

When the product you purchased fails, our after-sales service center will get in touch with you at any time, and provide thoughtful door-to-door service in time, to help you solve the menace from the rear.
Timely and effective emergency measures
When your repair request received, Team-D company staff will make emergency response (solution) within 24 hours, and make a phone call to you to reply the solution. If you need on-site service, we promise to go to the user scene within 24 hours. According to the agreement between two parties, in Guangdong Province, we can get to the scene (by special car) on the same day. If the user's equipment cannot be repaired in three days, our company can provide spare machine for free to the customer to ensure the orderly production.

Exemption from warranty
1. The machine and components have exceeded the warranty period.
2. Failure or damage to the product caused by the user' incorrect installation and use due to not following the use instructions.
3. Failure or damage caused by installation, repair, change or dismantling provided by institutions and personnel not authorized by Team-D.
4. Failure or damage caused by the use of the product components not provided by Team-D.
5. Machine failure or damage caused by accidental factors or artificial causes (including: operating errors, falling, soaking, etc.).
6. Product failure or damage caused by force majeure, natural disasters (such as: earthquakes, fires, lightning strikes, floods).
7. Easily worn-out parts and related assemblies are not within warranty (for example: gears, bearings, oil seals, ropes, rubber wheels, fast plugs, rails, all filter elements, guide feet, etc.).
Other not listed items will be settled in a friendly and negotiatory manner between two parties.
Team-D company's "service commitment" only applies to the configured parts of product when leaving factory (for the configuration list, please see the invoice). For the above software and hardware faults, Team-D company and its maintenance organizations carry out maintenance specified by this commitment. In the free warranty period, the ownership of the fault components we replaced will be reserved by Team-D.
